  • We endeavour to display Product colours and designs accurately, but actual items may vary due to screen settings, lighting, fabric batch differences or print runs.

  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your offer at our discretion (e.g., pricing error, stock unavailability, incorrect information).

  • A binding contract between you and us is only formed when we dispatch your order and send you the shipping confirmation.

  • Payment must be made via the methods offered at checkout (cards, UPI, net-banking, wallets etc.).

  • All payments are processed securely and you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.

  • If payment is declined or fails verification, we may cancel your order.

  • Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you once we hand the Product to the courier for delivery. Title (ownership) passes to you when full payment has been received.
