We get it — sometimes a piece doesn’t hit the way we meant it to. If your SMOCKD gear isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.
Return Window & Conditions
You may request a return within 3 calendar days of the item being delivered to you. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn, unused and unwashed
All original tags must still be attached
It must be in the original packaging
You should still have your proof of purchase (order number / receipt)
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@smockd.com with your order number, the reason you want to return, and a clear photo of the product (if applicable).
We’ll review your request and send you a return authorisation with instructions on how to ship it back.
Only after we approve and provide the return address should you send the item back — returns without our prior approval will not be accepted.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for a standard return:
Customised or personalised designs (names, numbers, custom prints)
Items marked as “Final Sale” or heavily discounted
Gift cards or downloadable items
Items that have been worn, washed, altered or whose tags have been removed
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, let us know immediately. Email us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos showing the issue
We will review and arrange either a replacement or refund, based on what’s most appropriate.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We don’t offer a direct swap, but you can:
Return the original item under the return process above
Place a fresh order for the size or colour you need
This helps us make sure every order is packed perfectly for you.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved:
Refunds go back to your original payment method
It may take up to 7–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account
If you haven’t seen your refund within 15 days, contact us at hello@smockd.com and we’ll check it for you.
Handling Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged or incorrectly fulfilled, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked courier and retaining proof of postage.

We make each piece with care, and limited-edition drops mean our stock runs tight. This policy allows us to maintain quality, keep it fresh and deliver the best for you — while making sure the return process is fair and efficient.
